Haha I feel like that’s tough to answer because often people have different ideas of what constitutes a happy ending. But for a novel like this, I would say yes it’s a HE. Or if not a HE, at least somewhere between a HE and a GE. HEs where the top has a personality like Shinhyeok usually look a bit different to HEs with normal people after all haha
